Hot Spiced Coffee

  • 1 Quart milk , or soy milk
  • 3 tsp instant coffee
  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 cardamom pods
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 7/8 pinch ground allspice
  • 7/8 pinch ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over low heat for about 5-7 minutes. Pour into cup through a strainer and serve.
