Bill's Rhubarb Bread

  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Cup flour
  • 2 3/4 Fl Oz sour milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 Cup rhubarb , chopped
Cream the sugar, butter, and eggs. Mix in next 5 ingredients. Then add the rhubarb. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 ℉ for about one hour, or until a tester comes out clean when inserted in center.
