Banana Berry Smoothie

  • 1/2 Lb canned pineapple pieces in natural juice , undrained
  • 1 Cup sliced bananas
  • 2 Cup skim milk , or soy milk
  • 2 Cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
In a blender container, combine undrained pineapple, banana, and milk. Cover and process on Blend for 20 seconds. Add strawberries. Re-cover and process on Blend for 20-25 seconds, or until mixture is smooth. Even;y pour into glasses. Serve at once.
