Beijing Noodle Salad

  • 1 Lb Certified Angus Beef ® boneless beef chuck steak
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 Lb Asian noodles , cooked
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp matchstick-cut canned bamboo shoots
  • 4 Tbsp peanuts , chopped
  • 1 Cup sugar snap peas , sliced
  • 3 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
Toss cooked noodles in sesame oil. Season steak with salt and pepper, and grill to 135 ℉for medium doneness. (14 - 20 minutes)

Remove steak from grill and rest 3 to 4 minutes. Slice across the grain.

Combine noodles with remaining ingredients and toss in steak.
