Skinny Clementine Martini

  • ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp citrus vodka or gin
  • 3 tsp orange liqueur or elderflower liqueur
  • 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed clementine juice , pink grapefruit juice, or pomegranate juice
  • 3 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp club soda
  • slice limes , slice clementine, or pink grapefruit peel twist (for garnish)
In cocktail shaker filled with ice, add gin, liqueur and juices. Cover; shake until well mixed.

Strain into martini glass; top off with club soda.

Garnish as desired.
