Creamy Tropical Fruit Salad

  • 1 red grapefruits , peeled, cut crosswise into 1/4 in slices slices
  • 2 kiwi fruit , peeled and sliced
  • 1 mangoes , peeled and cubed
  • 3 tsp lime juice
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Cup plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 star fruits , sliced
Combine grapefruit, kiwis, and mango in a salad bowl. Add lime juice and toss. Combine honey and yogurt in another bowl.

Pour over fruit and toss before serving. Serve in ramekins or glass serving dishes and garnish with star fruit.
