Turkey Parmesan Sandwich

  • 1/2 Lb Boar's Head mozzarella cheese , sliced
  • 1 Lb Boar's Head Oven Gold turkey breast , sliced
  • 1 loaf French breads , cut lengthwise & divided into quarters
  • 1/2 Cup Boar's Head grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Cup spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
Place the bread open faced on an aluminum foil covered baking pan. Evenly distribute turkey breast among all pieces of bread. Top with Mozzarella and spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and place in toaster oven or under a low heat broiler for 2-4 minutes, or until cheese melts.
