Green as Kale Smoothie

  • 2 Cup chopped kale
  • 3 tsp flax seed meal
  • 3 tsp coconut oil (optional).
  • 4 Tbsp milk
  • 2 3/4 Fl Oz orange juice
Place the banana, kale, flax seed meal, and coconut oil into a blender, pour in the milk and orange juice. Cover, and puree until smooth; serve.
