Gouda Double Dutch Breakfast Biscuit

  • 1 buttermilk biscuits (3 oz. size)
  • 3 tsp apple butter
  • 2 slice gouda cheese
  • 1 Canadian bacon slice
  • 1 eggs , fried or scrambled in patty form
Split biscuit in half; spread apple butter on top and bottom halves. Layer one slice cheese on bottom half, followed by Canadian bacon. Top with egg, remaining slice of cheese and top half of biscuit. Serve warm.
