Banana, Peanut Butter and Bacon Burgers

  • 1 bananas
  • 4 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 slice bacon
  • 3/4 Lb lean ground beef , formed into 2 patties2
Cook the bacon until crisp.

Cook the burgers to desired doneness.

Layer the bacon on the burgers (2 slices each), then add a scoop of peanut butter and banana slices to each.

Optional:  Fry slices of banana for a different texture and taste.
