Zesty Ham & Cheese Melt

  • 8 slice Polish deli ham
  • 3/4 Cup arugula and baby spinach mix
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp giardiniera
  • 4 slice pepper jack cheese
  • 1 toasted submarine rolls , 8 inch, cut in half length-wise
Layer 2 slices pepper jack cheese, KrakusĀ® Polish Deli Ham, a second layer of cheese, then giardiniera and baby spinach-arugula mixture on bottom half of toasted bread. Top with other slice of bread, close sandwich and wrap in foil. Place in oven at 225 ℉ until cheese is melted. Slice in half to serve.
