Bacon, Lettuce and Kiwifruit Sandwiches (BLKs)

  • 4 Tbsp herbed soft cheese spread
  • 8 medium slice bread
  • 4 kiwi fruit , peeled and sliced
  • 8 crisply-cooked bacon slice
  • 4 lettuce leaves
Spread 1 Tbsp cheese on each of 4 slices bread. Divide kiwifruit, bacon and lettuce over cheese. Top with remaining slices of bread.

Recipe tip: A serrated peeler works best for peeling kiwifruit.
