Kiwifruit Pavlova Partfaits

  • 1/2 Cup light cream cheese (1/3-less fat)
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 6 kiwi fruit , peeled and chopped
  • 1 Cup crushed vanilla meringue cookies
  • 6 whole vanilla meringue cookies
Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl on medium speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Beat in yogurt until blended.

Spoon 2 Tbsp cheese mixture into each of 6 (8 oz.) glasses; top each with 1/2 chopped kiwifruit and about2.5 Tbsp cookie crumbs. Repeat layers once with remaining cheese mixture and remaining kiwifruit; top with 1 whole cookie. Serve immediately.

Recipe tip: A serrated peeler works best for peeling kiwifruit.
