Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwich

  • 1 eggs , beaten
  • 2 crisply cooked slice bacon , each cut in half
  • 1 slice American cheeses
  • 2 slice whole wheat bread , toasted & buttered
Melt half the butter in 8 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until sizzling. Pour egg into skillet. Cook for 30 seconds; lift edge of egg with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath 2-3 minutes or until egg is set. Fold egg to fit bagel.

Spread the remaining butter on the wheat toast. Place bacon onto one slice of bread. Top with cheese slice, cooked egg and the other slice of toast.

Recipe tip: Add tomato and lettuce to make a BLT egg sandwich. Add mayonnaise or mustard to make your sandwich extra zesty.
