Egg and Avocado Toast

  • 1 ripe avocadoes , peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 eggs , fried
  • 4 slice whole wheat bread , or multigrain bread
In a bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice, salt and crushed red pepper flakes. Spread mixture evenly on each slice of toasted bread. Top each piece of toast with a fried egg. Serve.
