Baked Onions

  • 8 small onions
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter , melted
  • 3 tsp oil
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Peel onions, leaving bases intact. Place in a baking dish. Combine butter and oil in a bowl. Brush onions liberally with butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
