Bread Machine Lowfat Onion Potato Bread

  • 1/2 Cup onion , chopped
  • 1/2 Cup potatoes , chopped
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 3/4 Cup bread flour
  • 1/2 Cup whole grain flour
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 Fl Oz water
Preheat oven to 450 ℉. Place onion and potatoes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam 12-15 minutes or until tender. Transfer to a bowl and mash.

All ingredients are measured for a small loaf and should be at room temperature. Add all ingredients in order specified for your bread machine. Set on standard setting, medium or normal baking cycle.
