Joann's Favorite Banana Bread

  • 4 Fl Oz canola oil
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ripe large bananas
  • 2 Cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
Cream oil and sugar, add eggs, and beat well. Add alternately dry ingredients one at a time and then the bananas into a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Add nuts. Bake at 350 ℉ for 35 to 45 minutes. Submitted by Joann Masi.
