Sizzling Steak Fajitas

  • 3 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onions . sliced
  • 1 green bell peppers , cut into strips
  • 1 Lb flank steak or top sirloin, cut into strips
  • 3 garlic cloves , minced
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp water
  • 1 tomatoes , cut into wedges
  • 8 8 inch flour tortilla , warmed
Saute onion and green pepper in an oiled skillet over medium-high heat until tender; set aside. In same skillet, brown meat; drain fat. Mix in garlic and other seasonings and water. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Return onions and bell peppers to skillet; add tomatoes. Heat through and serve with warmed tortillas.
