Pie Dough: Making a Fluted Edge

When making homemade pie dough, to make a fluted pie edge: 1. Rest the tip of the thumb and forefinger of one hand on the edge of the dough. 2. Push the tip of the forefinger on the other hand against the edge to create an indent. Source: The Book of Quiches and Savory Pies
